SITE UPDATE #Project106

We are in the final stages of one of our most rewarding projects to date.

Our team, made up of incredible staff and sub-contractors (that are basically staff), are finishing off this beautiful luxury home in Brisbane's western suburbs.

The last few weeks has seen numerous trades onsite, in an awesome effort to start bringing this home to the finish line. The painters have finished spraying out the internal spaces, working alongside the tilers who have laid approximately 375m2 combined area of floors and walls.

Our Cabinet makers are now onsite, installing cabinetry in nearly every room. This is an exciting time for the project, as it starts to fill up the spaces that have been large open areas for quite some time now, Showcasing brilliant design and selections throughout this home.

We have also been working on the pool surrounds, with the built in fire place and seating area ready to be completed. The swimming pool is due to have the interior sprayed with the pebble lining next week, as the pool fencing and balustrades are currently being installed.

The entry is guided by an off-board, formed concrete blade wall.

That has now been completed, and poured with an off white concrete mix.

The brief on this was to be rustic and to see all of the characteristics of the timber. The end result has turned out great, after a lot of planning and hard work involved from all.

The cinema room is at 90%, with the openings carefully framed and set, ready for the recessed curtains and the walls to be painted black, prior to the Home Cinema specialist to install their equipment at fit off.
