We conducted a construction tender process and from our initial meeting with ABC - we knew they were a team we could trust.
They delivered on time, despite COVID and market conditions; and patiently engaged with us on cost-saving opportunities. Fraser added great value through early procurement of materials, leveraging their long-term supplier relationships, this initiative ensured the timely delivery of our home.
The entire construction process was meticulously planned and managed, supported by a great app (BuilderTrend) which provided us daily updates including photos and milestone scheduling –we checked the app every day! It made us feel engaged and knowledgeable about the project. Kurt and the team also ensured the site was safe and clean at all times.
ABC have a team of high-quality and reliable subcontractors which is a testament to their professionalism. As a team, they fulfilled our architect’s vision of curved walls, huge windows, and bullnose island benches – and they somehow lined up my patterned tiles!
Since our February move-in date, Kurt has been in regular contact, kindly checking in after the extreme weather events to make sure we are OK.
We absolutely recommend ABC for your next building project, Fraser and Kurt are first-class and will not let you down.

Allen Brothers are the only builders we'll use for our future projects. Through our architects we ran a process to evaluate multiple builders, but Allen Brothers Construction stood head and shoulders above the rest for professionalism and value for money.
Now that our renovation has been completed we can also speak highly to the quality of their work and the promptness of their follow up. We had very few issues that needed to be rectified, but they responded quickly each time with a smile. They're the best, highly recommended.

Our experience of every single trade they have had on site has been really good. The guys know what they are doing, approachable and commensurate professionals (as well as being neat and tidy). Top-of-their-game kind of guys.
