We have reached the fitout stage at our current Albion project, where all the well thought out selections and details are starting to shine and be showcased. The whole team have done an awesome job keeping this one on track, ready for handover in the coming weeks.

We worked closely with our friends at Maytree studios, and the clients in the preliminary stages of design development, to work together as a collaborative team. This process ensures that everyone involved in the project is on the same page right from the start.

Allen Brothers Construction believes that engaging your builder to work through this process is paramount for a number of reasons. Too often clients and designers work alone on the design, sometimes for up to 12-18 months, to then have the entire project documentation presented to a number of builders to tender on over a short period of 3-4 weeks.

Most custom homes and major renovations require a lot more time than this to fully understand the detail, let alone price it accurately.

Our trusted process will ensure we provide detail and advice on buildability, pricing of certain elements, availability of construction materials, and communication with the appointed engineer and other consultants on preferred design methods. All of which WILL result in a more efficient, more cost effective and streamlined build process.
